Our stay at the Vidam Hotel Aracaju was pleasant and, in many ways, unique. The rooms are comfortable and, within the hotel facilities, there are great options for leisure and rest. The ONLY place to stay in Aracaju. Not many Americans/English speakers in the area but this hotel made you feel at home. Lots of cool events at the hotel. Immaculately clean.

I totally recommend the Vidam. The most amazing point was the hospitality of the staff that worked at the hotel. Paulo, Anitta and Antônio were amazing. They went above and beyond. The outdoor spaces and amenities were great. The only two cons in my opinion were the jacuzzi (not on during the cold days) and the bedroom decor.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Brazil. The hotel structure, location and services are great. The best of best? The staff. Everyone there was cordial and friendly. Extra points to Sr Antonio Maia, Omar, Mirella and Miseias. Anitta from the breakfast service was outstanding. She was dedicated to offer the best service and went extra communicating with my husband ( an English speaker) . They are well informed about what’s going one in town. During the Sao Joao festivities, they have decorations and live music. Love their breakfast. Plenty of options. You can also order typical dishes like cuscuz and tapioca. WONDERFUL HOTEL!

Excelente estadia e atendimento

Atendimento muito bom, funcionários agradáveis, respeitosos e acolhedores. Precisei pedir troca de acomodação devido a primeira não ter vista para o mar como havia reservado. Mas prontamente resolveram. Quartos limpos, colchão, roupas de cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente com comidas típicas da região. Área piscina externa, rooftop, sauna, piscina superior todos bem cuidados. Porém a academia precisa de manutenção nos aparelhos e no ambiente onde há muitos móveis não utilizados poluindo e reduzindo o espaço. No demais, estadia excelente. Recomendo e voltarei.

Hotel bem localizado, com boa área de living e piscina. Quartos grandes, camas confortáveis. Atendimento educado. Bom café. Passamos o carnaval e teve várias atividades, inclusive um bloquinho com abadá. Mas algumas coisas poderiam ser melhoradas: instalações precisam de um cuidado maior, como no salão de jogos e quartos, faltou um trabalho de recreação para os dias pós carnaval, horário para uso da jacuzzi muito curto, falta de reposição de itens de café/chas nos quartos.
