"Upon arrival the entire Pousada was full of contractors and there tools! Was like walking into a building site! The neighbours played extremely loud music, which you could not speak above and the whole building vibrated and echoed with the noise. Further more we were charged an additional 103 reails some 15% above the advertised price. Was told local tax. As a resident of Brazil 🇧🇷 i have never come across this additional charge having travelled extensively throughout Brazil. Stay away be...

"The service was stunning, all the staffs were very friendly and kind with us we are really happy with our stay it couldn’t be better thanks to all at aruanã we are so happy with our experience, everything was clean and the hospitality was beyond perfect."

"Very nice clean hotel. pool was great and room was clean with a very good breakfast included. Noise from adjacent rooms was evident (patio areas) however as guests tend to be a bit noisy late at night. Bedding could use more layers for those travelers not used to sleeping with such thin sheets. Overall, i recommend this place. "
