Amamos a experiencia de nos hospedarmos aqui, todos os funcionários são super prestativos, atenciosos, e a estrutura de lazer do hotel é muito boa ! Café da manhã bem gostoso e as piscinas maravilhosas ! Como o edificio é antigo algumas coisas carecem de manutenção, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro do quarto na primeira noite, mas foi prontamente resolvido.

Estadia muito boa, profissionais simpáticos mas a comida não é tão saborosa. Os camarões não são frescos(são congelados) e a hidromassagem do quarto não estava devidamente limpa. No quarto havia manchas na parede precisando de limpeza ou pintura. A área externa é muito boa, muitas piscinas e opções de lazer para a família. Na propriedade rondam vários gatinhos e visivelmente magros e mal cuidados. Provavelmente os hóspedes teriam uma outra visão do dono se os animais que circulam por lá fossem alimentados e bem tratados.

Acesso do hotel é feito por estrada de areia de +/-2km. Bonita, mas carros 4x2 podem atolar. Área do Hotel muito boa e bonita. Os funcionários forma prestativos. Não gostei dos animais soltos pelo restaurante (galinhas, Saguis e gatos). Não é higiênico. No dia um sagui 'roubou' comida da mesa onde estavam os alimentos. Outro ponto à melhorar são as instalações dos quartos. Estive no ano passado neste mesmo hotel e dentro de um ano é notável como as peças de madeira, como portas e o balcão da pia, assim como a parte externa do frigobar estavam sem manutenção, com aspecto deteriorado e enferrujado. Um boa manutenção solucuinaria isso. De resto, voltaria a me hospedar no Hotel pois, fora estes dois pontos, é bem agradável e 'Instagramável' :).

Razoável, hotel com a vista linda, mas muito afastado da cidade, 2km de estrada de terra pra chegar no hotel. Quarto pouco confortável, cama ótima, mas a estrutura no todo muito destruída, paredes sujas, banheiro com aspecto de sujo, teto cheio de mofo, utensílios enferrujados. Ficamos no quarto que tinha uma jacuzzi muito suja e velha. Quarto 114. Atendimento da recepção péssimo, o que salvou foi a galera do café. Eles foram bem educados e simpáticos.

CUIDADO, pode ser uma furada...
Tive uma experiência não muito agradável no hotel. Logo na chegada tive dificuldade para chegar pois a cerca de 200 metros para chegar no hotel tem um trecho com muita areia e o carro não passava. Não aconselho esse hotel se você pretende chegar a noite. A manutenção do quarto que fiquei não estava tão boa. Ar condicionado bem barulhento, a pressão da agua do chuveiro bem baixa (parecia estar entupido), os móveis de madeiras bem desgastados, porta do banheiro estava com a parte de baixo toda descolando. Algumas coisas estranhas desse hotel que não vi em outros que frequento. Ter que pedir na recepção para arrumarem o quarto, tinha que pedir todos os dias e não tinha as plaquinhas para pôr na porta. Outra é que cobram 10% em tudo que for consumido dentro do hotel e também couvert. Aconselho levar agua se forem se hospedar nesse lugar, pois até isso me foi negado no restaurante, pois se você estiver com sede e quiser beber uma água eles vão querer te cobrar por isso e acrescentar 10%. Vale lembrar que o hotel fica num local isolado e não tem nada por perto o que te obriga a consumir as coisas deles e lembrando que se você sair corre o risco de atolar no caminho de areia na ida ou na volta. Resumo, eu só recomendaria o hotel se você for passar o dia, para se hospedar por um longo período não vale a pena.

Nos hospedamos um fds em família, instalações em Boas condições, quarto reformado, cama de boa qualidade, instalações do quarto ok. Boa área de lazer, piscinas e espaços ao ar livre, apesar de algumas instalações apresentando cupins e desgastes normais porém dignos de manutenção para o porte do hotel. O ponto negativo fica para o atendimento que desde a recepção ao restaurante não foi bom, funcionários mal humorados e sem educação. Não há microondas nos quartos nem copa infantil, precisamos esquentar água para alimentação da nossa bebê, estávamos no restaurante as 21:50 e pedimos a funcionária que foi super deselegante, depois de colocar muita dificuldade aqueceu a água porém não o suficiente e trouxe de volta com toda má vontade possível, absurdo mais uma vez pelo porte do hotel, pecar por isso!

As instalações do hotel são boas. Os serviços, péssimos. Funcionários mal treinados. Tivemos um episódio em especial, por ocasião do café da manhã. Havia água no chão do restaurante , ao lado da nossa mesa, e foi solicitado ao funcionário para passar um pano, a fim de enxugar. Nenhuma providência foi adotada. O serviço é realmente muito precário. Funcionários sem iniciativa e boa vontade. Uma pena!

Bom hotel mas...
Hotel com boa infraestrutura, pessoal solicito e atencioso, bom café da manhã, porém falta manutenção, a fechadura da porta do quarto só fechava com a chave, a do banheiro parecia que iria cair a qualquer momento. Além disso depois das 10hs o restaurante colocava música do que eles chamavam radio Hotel Casa do Mar que só tocava música tipo sertanejo sofrencia e isso ia até as 16hs, era tão alto que incomodava dentro do quarto, tivemos que pedir para baixarem o som. Embora não goste desse tipo de música, não me incomodaria se ela estivesse misturada com outros tipos, como músicas nordestinas de Fagner, Alceu Valdnça, Jose Ramalho, Luis Gonzaga, etc, mas ela por quase seis horas continuas é demais.
