Ótima hospedagem. O hotel tem decoração e equipamentos antigos (ar condicionado de janela, ventilado, armários) mas tudo muito limpo e conservado). O café da manhã é variado e muito gostoso. O estacionamento é de difícil acesso (estreito) e com poucas vagas(alguns veículos precisam ficar na rua) mas tem um ponto alto: carregamento veicular disponível para os hóspedes

Razoável. Acústica deixa a desejar. Atendentes toscos (tanto o do check in quanto do check out grosseiros e sem preparo). Café simples, mas suficiente. No geral apenas aceitável pois apesar de tudo ainda é a melhor alternativa de Dracena.

Alguns pontos positivos: * a limpeza em geral é boa. * é bem localizada no centro perto de farmácias e mercados. * os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. * o café da manhã é mediano com opções comuns. Alguns pontos negativos: * pela localização do hotel você consegui ouvir muitos barulhos de carros e se tiver show de som alto, mas depois da 1:00h da madrugada para tudo. * o estacionamento do hotel é limitado não tem vagas para todos os quartos então se estiver lotado e você chegar tarde seu carro ficará na rua. * pelo menos o quarto que fiquei a porta não fecha direito então sempre que fechar verificar se realmente fechou. * a camareira entra no quarto sem você solicitar.

viagem fim de semana prolongado

Considero o hotel um bom custo/beneficio, considerando a facilidade de reserva pelas hoteis.com (o único). Quarto tem um bom tamanho, mas o banheiro é bem apertado (sugiro portas de correr, iriam ser melhor). Realmente há um degrau na entrada do quarto, mas não foi uma surpresa e, também, não incomodou. O ar condicionado, do quarto que estava era barulhento, o ventilador foi a melhor opção.... Café da manhã gostoso, ficamos satisfeitos. Acabei me arranhando em uma das cadeiras do restaurante (precisam de manutenção), mas no geral, voltarei, pois preciso estar na cidade uma vez por ano.

Não recomendo, bem insatisfeito

Horrível, cobram muito e oferecem pouco, tem um degrau na entrada quarto que minha esposa quase sofreu acidente, até sabonete para tomar banho é cobrado, sorte que carregamos na bolsa sempre, TV tem somente 3 canais a cabo, limpeza não estava 100%, não recomendo, pela estrutura do hotel e o que oferecem, metade do preço estaria bem pago.

Tranquilo e limpo

Hotel antigo mas bem conservado. A única dificuldade é que não tem elevador, portanto necessário subir escadas com mala. Os funcionários não auxiliam nessa tarefa. O café da manhã bem simples. Mesmo assim, um bom lugar para se hospedar. ah, e os pets são bem-vindos!

ATENÇÃO: Não há elevador neste hotel.

Para quem tem mais de sessenta anos, subir dois lances de escadas com a bagagem pode ser uma experiencia horrorosa. Principalmente quando se é portador de três "stents" por infarto prévio. Tudo bem que não há como instalar um elevador, mas o hóspede poderia ser avisado antes da estadia...

O hotel não possui elevador. Então levar as malas pelas escadas até o 2° andar é uma atividade surpresa. O Quarto em que fiquei necessitava de uma atualização. Café da manhã muito bom. O pessoal é muito atencioso.
