"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos.
