"One building of the hotel has been refurbished and is fine. Not that luxurious but ok standard. Pool is in the main building and covered but old as the main building. Old and not that clean. So unwelcoming that no one sits around. Also, there is NO private beach and the one opposite is crowded. Hotel not relaxing at all if you plan to sunbath around pool or on the beach. Road between hotel and beach and road between the two building. Also quite difficult to parc around as only a few places...

"When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Es ist eine super Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für 5 Personen passte die Wohnung auch. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ging einwandfrei über WhatsApp. Wir bekamen ein paar Tage vorher ein Video zugeschickt, wo der genaue Weg von der Hauptstraße zur Wohnung aufgezeichnet war. Rundum ein tolle Wohnung mit tollen Gastgebern."

"This place was perfect for what I needed during my time in Ciovo. It was in a good location just a short walk to the sea, had a convenient garage for parking, was clean and tidy, had all the essentials for my two week stay, and has a large patio with a nice view. I was there during the off-season (in February), so the pool wasn’t open but that was totally fine with me because it wasn’t pool weather. I’m sure the pool is fantastic in the summer.
