"A brilliant well equipped apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 5 (kids 12, 10 and 8). A little distance from the slopes but that didn’t matter as you can walk through adjoining buildings using the lifts to make your way to the piste. Ideal if you store skis in a shop near the slopes. You can also easily get the bus a 5min trip up the road to Villards and the Transarc lift. The hosts answered all our questions in advance and gave great advice. We will definitely look to book...

"This was our second stay at the property, it sits within metres of the gondola. The hosts were always were communicative and provided excellent information and everything that could be needed. The property is perfect, spacious, warm and has absolutely no negatives! Just a heads up to anybody familiar with the village, parking meters have been introduced since our last stay."

"5 of us stayed a week in this apartment and had a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and there were amble crocks and utensils. We were able to cook our meals due to having a good hob and oven and full size fridge. Plenty of hot water and heating."

"This is a great apartment in a perfect location to enjoy the skiing in Tignes. Several ski lifts very close by. Slightly compact for 4 but manageable. I’d like to have seen more info available about the area available inside, maybe start a guest book with tips on restaurants, pistes etc. Great stay and we’d happily return. Sara and Johnny were great who look after the apartment."

"This was probably my 8th trip to Val Disere and the apartment was excellent value and reasonably comfortable. The owner was helpful and accommodating . The location was great and although not ski in /out very good for the frequent free bus service taking you to all the ski areas. I highly recommend this apartment for 4 , or 6 if willing to squeeze in a bit and would definitely stay here again ."

Generally harder work than the standard rental, numerous and complicated instructions regarding getting there / checking in / codes for parking, for key entry, extra costs for linen and then another (mad!) cost to have it delivered to the apartment (alternative: pick them up yourself from the concierge which is in a completely different - and hard to find - location). "Une semaine très simpa en famille. Dommage que la neige n'arrivait pas jusqu'au pied du chalet, un peu de marche le matin pour se mettre en jambe mais rien d'insurmontable!!! Nous avions également eu l'autorisation d'avoir nos deux chiens ce qui est un atout majeur! Et pour le coup c'était le paradis des chiens au niveau des exterieurs du chalet!
