"Amazing ski in ski out hotel. Really was a 5 star hotel the staff were so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived and could not do enough for us. The ski in ski out was just amazing and the ski shop on the property was a highlight! Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back to this hotel. Was a true 5 star resort in the alps!"

"The Hotel is at a brilliant location for ski in/out! The room was simple but functional- everything worked fine apart from the heating ( underfloor and not to regulate for us) which was too warm! There is a good skiroom with lockers! The breakfast and dinners were very good with plenty of choices for starters/ salad/ soup/ great choices for mains and cheese and wine ob tap! As the skipass was also included a really good value for money! The staff is also very nice and helpful! We will be back!"

"Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...

"We have stayed at Chalet Altitude in both Val Thorens and Les Arcs 2000. The apartments are comprable. In both cases we had 3 bd apartments. The pool is better at Les Arcs as is the access to the wider ski resort. Otherwise facilites are comparable and we recommend both."
