"Friendly staff who spoke fairly good English. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Came with crockery and cutlery and some pots and pans to use. We weren't aware that we would have to bring our own hand soap which I was a bit annoying on the first day. You are also given one toilet roll and one bin bag. It would of been helpful to know this before arriving. Other than that it was in a good location from Porto-Vecchio, with a nice little beach attached. "

For the hot afternoons, a (heated) shared pool which came in useful after our days at the beach or hiking in the nearby amazing trails of Ospedale forest. "We booked for a week but left after 3 days. We are tough but not that tough. A neighbour was burning leaves 24/7. We couldn't go outside or open a window. It hurt our eyes and throats. Regine said she called but nothing changed. We gave her an opportunity to make good when we told her we had to leave and find a hotel but nothing was offered. Otherwise, the kitchen was well supplied, there were 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, thin pillows and a no-frills bed. This is my first negative review...

"Nice clean apartment, perfect for a short stay on Corsica. The owners are on site and very kindly assisted us if needed, but also very discreet so we had the place to ourself. Beautiful shared pool with the view that everyone wants on Corsica…. Thanks a ton."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back. "

"A lovely spot , the apartments themselves are placed in a perfect position for a short stroll to the beach ( hilly) . The room was expected for 3 star , great size , functional but basic , one of the showers didn’t work - wasn’t a problem as there was only 2 of us but not ideal if you had a family . We had no knives in the kitchen and the safe didn’t work - this was all easily rectified by reception but they should really have a basic itinerary for the rooms before you check in . The room had a lovely side sea view and was very peaceful . We had breakfast one morning , 17 euro each but had a great choice of food . The restaurant and bar was closed which was a great shame … it would have been nice to have some facilities on site . Nice place it could do with a refresh of the rooms but was perfectly placed for a stunning beach break away . "

"Really lovely stay Had a room over the harbour so saw the Bastille day fireworks from the balcony. Some extra special staff - we travel a lot and they were 110%. Special thank you to Marc especially who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable stay.Nothing was too much trouble He also recommended some fabulous places to eat - all excellent value. Anastasia was also extremely helpful and welcoming Lovely exceptional staff - thank you "
