"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete...

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"An extremely well presented property in a truly stunning location. Even with a language barrier our host was very welcoming and gave us complete privacy during our stay. The property itself was spotlessly clean. I imagine the temperature we arrived in was unusual ( heatwave of 40 c ) but going forward having a fan in the apartment would be nice. Also for traveling Brits no kettle or toaster was a test but not unusual on our travels. These for us were tiny details in what was a truly a memorable...

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "
