We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon. Our room overlooked the shops and street, the market right in the square near the hotel was great, and it wasn't a far walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions.

Great Condo-Hotel right in the middle of Arcachon. You can walk from the train station , walk to the beach, groceries right downstairs as well as tons of restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite (teens slept on the sofabed which maybe could have been better) but overall really good. No need to have breakfast as the hotel with plenty of options around (and cheaper).

Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality.

Accessing the property was difficult. We arrived on a Sunday and to actually get to reception involved driving through a number of automated barriers. Having checked in at reception it was then difficult to access the underground parking as this involved even more automated barriers. This was probably relatively easy for French speakers but quite difficult for others.

L'emplacement en plein centre ville est très agréable. Les halles sont accessibles en sortant de l'hotel. La mer est proche également. Sur reservation auprès de l'hôtel un parking payant est possible pour un nombre limité de places chez le prestataire proche. Concernant l'appartement la taille est vraiment bien. Une salle d'eau et une de bain avec wc. Logement propre qui meriterait un peu plus de temps de ménage pour ne rien oublier. Une superbe terrasse (accessible avec 1 marche) mais qui n'a pas été nettoyée dommage au mois de mai ; Chaises d'exterieurs mis en interieur, basses par rapport à la table. Literies fermes à ressorts. La terrasse sur les toits accessible par ascenceur puis escaliers. Jaccuzzi sympa avec beaucoup d'eau au sol en fin de journée.
