"Had a really relaxing stay at the Thalazur. The setting of the hotel is stunning. We felt really spoilt. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I would recommend for future guests that they have a better first aid kit and a wheelchair. I strained my ankle and would’ve benefitted from a wheelchair to help me get to and from the car during the rest of my stay. This might be useful for future guests. Thanks again! "

"It is not really a hotel, if you need anything you have to text a WhatsApp number and you don’t always have a response. There is no reception desk. Also, you’re expected to clean the dishes and take the rubbish out at the end of your stay. When you pay that much for a 4 star product this should be included in the cleaning."

"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. The hotel was spotless inside, our executive room was just big enough and had a lovely sunny balcony. Location was great as was the pre-bookable parking. The only thing I want to comment on is the exterior of the side and back of the hotel needs a bit of modernisation."
