"We had exceptional service at this stay! The building is jaw dropping and the staff will go above and beyond for you. Our room was so beautiful, I was very sad to go. Consider getting the imperial suite if you book. We loved the spa services and hung out every night by the pool to enjoy the amazing cocktails! "This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence. "
