Andrea was very helpful, informative and easily accessible/responsive on whatsapp. The town of Tivoli is beautiful with plenty interesting things to see and do. Trains and buses to Rome are plentiful but unfortunately the trains were not running during my stay while essential maintenance was carried out. I would happily return to this area again. "Nice hotel and good service. I did not realize I didn’t pick breakfast with our reservation and didn’t get told at checkin. The app does have a note that the cost is 10 euro per person, but I was charged 15. Suggest you verify at checkin. Also, no lift in the area we stayed - might be in others."

"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"
