There were two things that brought the rating down from 'excellent' to 'good' -- one of the beds was on its last legs and there was no shower. The bed was very squeaky, and upon inspection we found that the frame was split in several places. One suggestion for the owners is to provide instructions on the use of appliances particularly those appliances that are unique to Europe e.g. the combination washer- dryer, hot water heater in the shower etc. we figured it out eventually but a how to booklet would have been helpful."
