Parking at the hotel area and Åre town is sh.. not good. This is just what happens when all the might is handed over to one private company. Aimo Park in this case. Hotel customers who have allready paid their visit must pay for parking. If car is moved 100m to other parking spot on a different area agian a new fee must be paid to same company. If car is parked 1m off a spot (thats under snow) there will be a fine waiting for you. Probably will choose othet hotel next time for above mentioned reasons.

Our room was not cleaned for four days until we asked, spa is quite expensive but half of the sauna facilities were broken.

Slitet och trött så kändes både personal och byggnaden. Personalen kändes ganska ointresserade och oinspirerade. Dom saknade lite glädje i sitt arbete.

Hotellet har en bra placering i Åre, nära till byns restauranger och butiker samt stor parkering. Trevlig personal! Bra liten pressbyrån-kiosk i hotellet. Däremot är rummen i stort behov av renovering. Sängarna är under all kritik. Bäddsoffan var som en rejäl och superknarrig vägbula. Restaurangen hade under en högsäsongsvecka endast pizza på menyn, samt saknade ändå ingredienser. Vi betalade extra för bad och bastu-avd, som visade sig stå öppen för alla samt även den riktigt sunkig och mkt eftersatt.

Expedia mainostaa Holiday Club Åren huoneistoa väärin, että majoitus sisältää aamiaisen ja vapaan kylpylän käytön. Näin ei kuitenkaan ole, mikä oli pettymys. Huoneisto itsessään oli oikein hyvä ja siisti, ja ilman omaa autoa liikkuvalle, myös sopivan matkan päässä skibussipysäkiltä. Ilmainen Kia autokuljetus rinteeseen toimi myös tosi hyvin.

Vi havde 5 overnatninger på hotellet og sengene var dejlige. Værelserne derudover trængte til en opfriskning. Internettet var der, men det var simpelthen for dårlig kvalitet og tv'et kunne nok ikke fås mindre. Her er forbedringer også tiltrængt. Morgenmaden var dejlig og med i prisen, så det var en god dag at starte dagen på. Der var rum til opbevaring af ski og støvler, men uden varme i og der lugtede ganske forfærdeligt og det betød ens ting ikke var tørre til næste dag. På et 3,5 stjernet hotel bør Pool, Fitness og Spa være uden beregning. Behandlinger i spaen er naturligvis mod gebyr. Men der er ingen steder efterhånden, hvor det koster penge at bruge pool og fitness, det er også først angivet under hotellets politikker, det burde stå oppe under faciliteter. Hotellet holder sig jo ikke tilbage for at skrive morgenmaden er gratis. Spaeen har også set bedre dage. Dejligt med børn, men det er umuligt at svømme når både pools og spa er fyldt med børn - så der burde være et område kun for voksne. Taget i betragtning man har betalt for noget også kan man ikke komme til. Så vi oplevede ikke "value for money" for hele vores oplevelse. Det bliver ikke et sted vi kommer tilbage til.

Äventyrsbadet var under all kritik. De tog bra betalt med man fick en ljummen jacuzzi och dusch som man var tvungen att trycka på var 3e sekund då den stängdes av snabbt. Städningen var obefintlig, de bäddade sängen inget annat. Kvar på golvet kunde det ligga skräp, handdukar etc.
