This is a fantastic country villa for holiday makers who would love to experience real Spanish culture. The villa is situated in the peaceful countryside in the beautiful village of Santomera which is located in the historical region of Murcia.

With Only 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 25 minutes drive from Murcia international airport this is the perfect get away for family or friends to disconnect and get a real feel of Spain.

There are an array of wonderful sandy beaches and ex-pat communities 35 minutes drive from the villa.
This property has to be seen to appreciate the amount of attention to detail and it's tranquil surroundings.

The villa is ideal as it boasts four double bedrooms with an enormous verandah which has a full size table tennis and pool table.
There is a one bedroom apartment Separate within the grounds at the back of the property which has its own kitchenette and bathroom and garden.
Sleeping up to eight people in the villa and two in the apartment making a total of 10 for the complete let.

The land is fully enclosed , has stunning mature trees and palm trees and is over 1800 square metres.

There is also a beautiful summer kitchen at the back of the house.

A 10 x 5 m swimming pool which is just the perfect size for cooling down or if you like soaking up the sun around the pool where there are plenty of reclining sun loungers.

There is also an enclosed football pitch included with a separate gated entrance and floodlights on the lower level of the property access from the main road.

The panoramic views are breathtaking and if you are looking for hours of glorious sun , Murcia is known as one of the hottest regions in Spain.

This property is a great retreat to get away from it all with plenty of calm scenic walking routes both with hills and flat.

There is plenty to do away from the house with local shopping centres and restaurants just a short drive away into the local town and into Murcia city.

The super modern nueva condamina and Thader shopping centres are fifteen minutes away packed a huge selection of fantastic shops next to the professional football stadium where Real Murcia are currently playing in the second division hosting a great footballing experience in this fabulous new stadium.

There are water parks , famous salt baths of Fortuna, go karting, quad bike tours all within driving distance from the house and of course plenty of beaches on the coast.

Property was filthy and infested with bugs
The property is spread over 3 sections, a main house and two studio apartments. The main house was OK other than the drains were constantly blocked. The two studio apartments were infested with bugs which were not habitable. Two of our group had to find alternative accomodation. The local cleaner for the property didn't want to know and we were told it was due to the hot weather.

Nous avons été déçu car beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas. Les volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas donc restent ouverts et il n'y a pas de rideau occultant pour combler ce manque. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas (5 jours sur 13 nuits passées) et la télé fonctionne avec le wifi donc pas de wifi = pas de télé. L'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas donc même s'il faisait chaud, dur de se laver à l'eau froide et de faire la vaisselle. Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait à notre arrivée. je pense que les locataires précédents avaient fait le ménage grossièrement. Et que personne n'a vérifié. Je veux bien croire que la maison se trouve à la campagne mais il a des limites. Enfin pas de table à repasser (mais un fer ???) et pas de pinces à linge non plus. Mauvaise odeur dans les frigos, lave vaisselle. Terrain de basket bas de gamme car complètement cassé
