"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"After traveling all day it took us an hour to get our key( at a separate location 1/2 away with traffic) and then we had to wait for the garage door opener ( at a separate location where someone had to bring it, 20 minute wait). The information/welcome packet was not detailed enough. It said wifi code was in the apartment but it wasn’t. I called the number in VRBO and the owner(?) was very irritated and said I needed to call the management company. They couldn’t help. Had to find the password on...

"Very reasonably priced for its central location. Very close to the cathedral and a quick walk to buses to the Alhambra. The square in front of the cathedral and apartments can be a little loud later into the evening, but nothing that ear plugs can’t solve if you need absolute silence to sleep. Good water pressure in the shower on the 3rd floor and comfortable bed. I would certainly stay here again."

"Just back from 2 weeks in Casa Ban the villa is just as described fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge/dining room (not that we used it as far to nice to be indoors). Main bedroom also comfy with air con that we could get perfect temperature for night time sleeping & great bathroom with fab rain shower. "Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... "Hotel is in great location for walk to Alhambra, near hop on hop off bus and has so many shops, restaurants, Traditional tapas bars, cafes and places of interest within short walking distance. Hotel is a lovely old renovation that has so many quirky, traditional furniture in. All well maintained, very clean with comfortable and crisp bedding. You even have tea/coffee facilities in the room. "
