If you are looking for a place to spend your holidays and relax in the province of Malaga, take a look at this rural house about 3 km from Arenas. The dreamlike views and the amenities provided in this villa allow you to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in an environment that you will hardly forget. Enjoy the warm temperatures of this area of Andalusia while falling in love with the clear views that stretch before your eyes: the valley at your feet, decorated with various villages and whitewashed houses, blends delicately with the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is spread over one floor. The first floor that you can see in the photos is the owners' storage room, which remains closed to guarantee complete privacy for you and your family.

The main room, whose light decoration provides a cozy atmosphere, is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a beautiful television, as well as a dining table and access to the fully equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the layout of the house: the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub; the other two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) share a bathroom with a shower.

The entire house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

The spacious outdoor area has a porch with a chill-out area, ideal for enjoying the views on warm summer evenings. From the porch, you can access the large terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a fabulous private pool so you can enjoy the Andalusian weather.

Access to the house is possible thanks to a 7 km concrete lane, typical of the mountainous area where this house is located. The lane is characterized by curves and slopes, which will lead you to enjoy dreamlike views once you reach the house.

A peaceful spot with magnificent views
We loved this accommodation. The villa was well equipped and clean, and had a very pretty garden and a fantastic, panoramic view. The drive to the villa is a bit bumpy, although we understand the road is to be resurfaced shortly. We managed it without difficulty in a Fiat 500 and the short, 20 minute drive up the mountainside was worth it. Manuel, the owner, was great. He met us near Algarrobo and guided us up to the villa on the best route. He was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We so enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful home! The view!!
We had such a good time. Manuel was very helpful. When we had a question, he directly respond on our message! He was very nice. Though we had constantly privacy. The house is perfect, everything is available. And the view, that is so so so beautiful. So peaceful and quit. And also a lot of playground for the kids. It’s a bumpy way up the hill, to get the 550 meters up. But then the view, it’s worth it.! Thanks Manuel.
