"Really enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful grounds with lots of common spaces (both indoors and outdoors) to sit and relax, enjoyed the free yoga class and was easy to organise tours etc. Staff were lovely and helpful and it was clear the hostel was well taken care of. Good location - the main plaza was a short walk away. A few notes on the dorms… one bathroom for a 12 bed dorm wasn’t enough (even just a sink in the room would’ve been helpful) and the bed lockers/under bed storage weren’t big...

"I stayed here because it was a good location at a good price, with a private room option. When I arrived the woman who runs the hostel told me she couldn’t take visa. After I paid cash for the three nights she told me there was no internet. The internet had been down for a week. She was unapologetic and kept reminding me that it wasn’t her fault and that I paid very little for my room anyway. "My family and I stayed at the Vita Hotel in Arequipa and I must say how impressed I was. Check in is at 2pm but we arrived 2 hours earlier and thankfully we were able to check in earlier. We went straight for the pool they have on the 5th floor and it was everything I could have hoped for. The staff was respectful, helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in was clean and modern.
