"We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams! The best part was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly even when they had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. They also surprised my boyfriend (and me) with a chocolate cake dessert with a candle for his birthday and all gathered around and sang "Happy Birthday" to him. "THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early...

"The rates for the amenities and service at the hotel are very good. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We almost didn't book here because of a review of the noisy street, but it did not bother us and as long as the shutters were closed we really didn't hear any of the street traffic. Very good breakfast every morning-fresh papaya and pineapple juice, yogurt, ham, cheese, Arequipan rolls, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee and tea. I was a little disappointed as the ad says every room opens...
