"Loved this place. Very clean and quiet. Close to the train station so it was so very convenient. The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us find transportation to La Verna which is not an easy task especially during the summer months. Planning to visit Arezzo again soon and will most definitely stay here again"

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see anyone else except the cats! Once you're installed, it's the perfect place for a digital detox although there is some basic wifi. The kitchen had everything we needed and the change of pace was exactly what we were after. I'm missing this lovely home already. Thank you for having us! Harry & Bruno."

"A very good experience overall. House had plenty of room and quite spacious for the family. Easy access to nearby restaurants and highways. Enough dishes, glasses and utensils. All appliances worked well. Eduardo was a pleasant host and very accommodating to all our needs. Fans came in handy for air circulation on hot summer nights. Outside patio furniture could use some TLC. Pool was refreshing but quite aways from the house but had spectacular views of sunsets."

"This hotel was fine for what we needed it for: a place to crash overnight before getting a train to Florence. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom well equipped. Staff could have been more pleasant, there were almost no dining options we could access without a car, and the breakfast was below average compared to what we had at other hotels in Italy."
