It is a three-storey holiday villa with private parking, amazing view of the bay of Ierissos and Mount Athos, a private swimming pool and garden. On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a patio with a dining area. On the first floor there is a bedroom with an xl double bed and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a balcony from which you can admire the sea view and enjoy your breakfast or coffee. In the attic room there is a built-in double bed, and a sofa, which can be converted into a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and their own TV.
In the basement there is a wine cellar, with wines that guests can taste at an extra cost.
The villa is located close to the beach.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE RULES FOR THE SWIMMING POOL
1. Operating Period May – October
2. Please do not enter the pool/ jacuzzi wearing sunscreen or any other type of body oil / cream.
3. Please use the Showers before entering the pool / Jacuzzi.
4. Bathing suites must be worn to use the pool/ jacuzzi. Swimming in clothes or shoes is not permitted.
5. Children under the age of 12 must be escorted into the pool / jacuzzi and kept under constant supervision.
6. Pets are not allowed in the pool / Jacuzzi.
7. For your safety, running, diving and playing with balls in the pool / jacuzzi area are not allowed.
8. Please wait for 3 hours after eating or consuming alcohol before entering the pool/ Jacuzzi.
9. Those who do not know how to swim are strictly forbidden to use the pool / jacuzzi.
