"This is a stone summer home with the most magnificent patio/deck on the first floor providing a totally unobstructed view of the Messinian Gulf. Sunsets are stunning from this place. Finding a place with a view of the gulf was our priority this visit, and we found it. The home is rustic, and in February when we stayed it was quite cold but that was no problem for us. The mini split heater worked just fine. There are beds on both levels, we stayed entirely on the 2nd level with the bathroom...

"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "Excellent host, property, and location to explore lots of area...something for everyone. Privacy was always respected and the house was very clean and well equipped. Sonia is an excellent host with lots of information for you see/do in the area. Pool was fantastic as the Greece heatwave was too much to go exploring, some days, and was a nice way to keep cool and have some relaxing days in."
