Avoid this hotel if there are other options. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is also great. However the hotel manager was very rude to me when I didn't have the exact change to pay for the city tax. I offered to go away and get the change but she became increasingly aggressive and refused to give my note back to me so that I could change it, while also accusing me of trying to cheat her out of the city tax. It set a really upsetting end on an otherwise reasonable stay.

There are so many good things to say about the place and the staff. It was an awesome stay!!! Our host was super helpful and we just loved every moment of our time. Close to everything and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend staying there if want a great place for a holiday.

Nun das Hotel sieht auf den Bildern besser aus, wie es tatsächlich ist..auch schon ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig..Aber kann man machen, wenn man nicht pingelig ist. Was mich richtig geärgert hat: Sie werben damit , dass sie einen tollen Parkplatz (abgeschlossen) haben. Aber sie schreiben nicht dazu, dass dieser wieder € 20,-- pro Tag kostet) es passen da auch höchstens 3 Autos rein..dann gibt es in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung einen großen Parkplatz...aber es wird dort ziemlich viel versucht, in die Autos, einzubrechen..selbst bei meinem letzten Besuch erlebt. Es ist ein schöner kleiner Orte..Essen ziemlich überteuert und die Restaurants zu Deutschen auch nicht besonders freundlich.
..da muß man auch erst mal die richtige Straße finden um das Hotel vernünftig zu erreichen.

Petit hôtel tranquille avec beaucoup de charme, et l'hôtelière apporte beaucoup d'attention à la décoration et à l'accueil. Au niveau de la chambre la salle de bain est très très sympa une grande douche à l'italienne et des savons de grandes qualités et régionale en plus. Et au niveau du petit-déjeuner je retiendrai le yaourt dans fait maison c'est tellement rare.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel in sehr guter zentraler Lage, ruhig. Nette Besitzerin macht einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Zimmer schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. man kann sogar Mountain bikes im Hotel leihen.

A éviter surtout

Zéro nous avons été interdit de séjour réserver une semaine a l'avance avec droit aux animaux car nous avions notre chien( border collie ) et que la gérante a modifié deux jours avant notre arrivé et se donnant le droit ou pas de vous acceptez et nous personne nous préviens...A l'accueille personne pour nous accueillir a part un numéro de téléphone pour qu'elle veuille bien se déplacer car elle nous voit bien vue que l'établissement est sous caméra... Et j'en passe... Et merci a hôtel.com de nous avoir laisser sans hôtel avec une fille de 9ans.....

Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée. Réservation pour 3 mais seulement des serviettes et coussins pour 2. Ménage non fait durant le séjour. Petit déjeuner pris à l'extérieur car pas d'informations sur le lieu et l'heure du service. Personne n'était présent au moment de notre départ. Nous n'avons pas eu de contact avec un personnel de l'hôtel. Sans doute un hôtel fantôme. Voyageant beaucoup c'est la première fois que je vois cela. Hôtel à choisir en dernier ressort.

Hôtel bien placé, mais nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que la chambre réservée à 92 Euro, était équipée d'une toute petite salle de bain avec douche MAIS sans WC. DONC, un apport qualité-prix plutôt moyen.
