Laury at reception made us feel very welcome and was most helpful. She and the other staff were kind and friendly which we appreciated. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. We cheerfully recommend Hotel Le Relais de Post Arles.

Worst arrival I’ve had in an hotel anywhere in the world. Absolutely no parking even to ‘ just stop’ near the hotel. Guests are expected to park in car park 6 mins no away so that you have to carry your luggage back to the hotel in the heat! Very very sad as A I was looking forward to my stay and B I never , ever left a review like this before.

The room (#12) was so very small that one had to stay in bed so the other could walk to closet or desk. There was literally 18 inches between to bed and the walls. There were no drawers for clothes, so one had to live out of a suitcase. A very small hanging rack served as a closet. The bathroom had a small glass shelf for toiletries, but no shelf i the shower for soaps or shampoo. The photos on their website were obviously of larger suites, however it seemed like bait and switch to advertise photos of suites and then put two adults in a child-sized room. The building is lovely, and the staff was kind, but the room ruined the stay for us.

As part of a week cycling down the Rhone. The staff were super friendly. And the hotel very clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

A little gem of an hotel. The rooms maybe a little bijou but the staff and its' location more than make up for that. Breakast is a good buffet. Cereal, meat, cheese, pasties etc .Should i return to Arles i would definitely stay here again.

It is in the centre of everything I had to visit during my business trip in Arles. Just that the staircase got me a bit as my luggage was quite heavy (no lift - had to climb up the stairs).

location great but on the shabby of chic side
Fantastic location in Arles and we were welcomed nicely on check in. However the beds are very low and not great mattresses, the whole room and bathroom was a bit shabby and in need of an update. It is reasonably priced and quiet considering the great location on the edge of the historic town. It would be OK for a day and night of sightseeing if you weren't spending long in the hotel, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for business travel due to the poor Wifi or for a longer stay as it doesn't feel that comfortable. It does have some charm despite all this and the little courtyard and ceramics were a nice touch.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was broken. The provision of a large fan moved the hot air around but was very noisy. The room was at the front of the hotel and it was noisy outside very late, and then again early in the morning.

Good budget hotel
Nice outdoor patio for eating breakfast, and staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Two things were wrong which made my stay a bit of a challenge. The first was the Wi-Fi did not work in the room, only in the lobby. The second was a problem with the sewer which caused the area outside the hotel, including the nice breakfast patio, as well as the hotel lobby, to smell like raw sewage almost all the time. they had set up some automatic spritzers which dispensed some Chemical fragrance I assume to counteract the sewage smell but the chemical smell made me nauseous. At the time I was coordinating a trip with people in three different countries, which required me to walk up and down three flights of Spiral stairs so many times to email from the lobby which, unfortunately, was quite fragrant. I got dizzy from going up and down the stairs so much. Once the Hotel fixes the Wi-Fi and the sewer it'll be a nice place to stay.
