Lol. Seriously though, should offer a discounted rate. The check in staff was amazing. Thank goodness they had toothbrush and toothpaste for us to use. Now the breakfast bar looked okay but it was freezing in that area and I sat there long enough to take a bite of cantelope and had to leave. Why not get a jacket you ask? Again, we were stranded. Our luggage was not available. "

"I can't say enough good things about the hotel and it's staff. The front desk, bar and wait staff were all excellent. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. The food at the bar/restaurant was delicious. The room was lovely and the location was perfect. "
