The hotel is very nice, staff is very friendly. Beds are very confortable, rooms are very decorated.

Great place to stay with very helpful staff
We were 4 families travelling together and the finca did their best to try to keep us together in one of the houses (vs spread apart)- which was greatly appreciated. Carolina was also very helpful in securing transportation for us on several days which was very helpful. Next time, we would rent a car, though!

Nice farm if you want the experience
beautiful, clean and comfortable farm close to Panaca park and parque del cafe ( cofee park) which are both must do sights in this region. You need a taxi or a car to get there. Keep in mind it's a farm not a hotel. I wanted the real experience and I was satisfied with it. They don't speak English, but u don't need to say much, they serve u a good breakfast when u come down to thdining room. Nice staff. No screens on farms so u have to close the windows. $50 a night is a great value, very clean rooms. They need ceiling fans!

La mujer que prepara el desayuno es un encanto, te consigue todo lo que quieras y está siempre atenta a ayudarte. El mantenimiento de la cabaña es pésimo: * las toallas son MUY viejas, se ve a través de ellas y raspan mucho. * las puertas de la habitación (la de entrada y la del balcón) están llenas de carcoma. * la WiFi y la TV no funcionan bien. No funciona el datafono. * la piscina no está limpia. * la cama es incómoda. * el flujo de agua en la ducha es intermitente, y el agua caliente se acaba. * no hay armarios ni mucho sitio para dejar tus cosas. * el lavamanos no está anclado a la pared.

el sábado estaban celebrando una boda en el salon de eventos, cuando hicimos el check-in nos dijeron que a las 12 o 12:30 terminaban, estuvieron con música hasta las 2am, el domingo celebraron un cumpleaños en el salon de eventos otra vez con música a muy alto volumen, hable con el dueño y quitaron la música temprano. Si no hubiera sido por la boda habría sido una gran estadía. Ibamos con mi bebe de 18 meses, y durmió muy mal, el domingo fuimos a Panaca y mi peque durmió casi todo el día, así que no disfrutó del parque. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la habitación, la piscina, en general todos los servicios muy buenos. Me hubiera gustado que antes de ir me hubieran informado que realizaban eventos y que ese día tenían una boda.

Es muy cómodo, y e personal muy amable.
La pasamos muy bien, gracias por sus atenciones. Las habitaciones son comidas, limpias, las instalaciones son muy lindas y el diseño campestre del hotel es fabulosa para tomar un bien descanso.

A pesar de la dificultad que tuvimos al no darnos la habitación que solicitamos, solucionaron de una buena manera con las habitaciones que nos dieron, estamos súper agradecidos con las personas que nos atendieron, el señor Never, su esposa y la señora que nos atendió en el desayuno lo hicieron con gran armonía y calidez, son excelentes personas, y muy limpio el lugar y muy bonito, lo recomendamos!!!
