Good, quiet location on the edge of town (away from the Plaza, noise and crowds). Very helpful staff. Massage available on site. Good breakfast. Efficient Laundry service. Secure parking but only for three (small) cars. We stayed in one of the corner suites, large with windows on two sides with nice views of the countryside. Well worth the extra cost.

The hotel knew the person that book the hotel is a foreigner so does another person in the party who showed proper ID to prove it however they charged for a IVA which is a local tax just because I didn’t have the passport which is from another country than Colombia. The breakfast is not that great what they called omelets are not even like it. They are an egg tortilla with a slice of ham and cheese. The hotel is more like hostel. It is very simple with a small bathroom and a broken TV that fail a lot. I won’t recommend this hotel.

Super hôtel proche du centre ville mais pas non plus collé donc moins de bruit. Pas de musique forte Personnel super sympa et arrangeant. On était dans une chambre vraiment ps terrible tout en bas a côté du parking a cote de la laverie avec un boucan d'enfer et ils nous ont changé de chambre pr la deuxième nuit.

Dejlig hyggeligt lille hotel !

Dejlig roligt sted med skønt personale. De var søde og det lå lidt uden for centrum Men kun 6 min at gå så det var sikkert Og dejligt ! Og så var der helt ro og det var skønt at have ro 🙏

A great stay, I recommend

Pros: - fabulous ambiance, there is a very positive vibes with this hotel (and town), cute colors and decorations. - Breakfast: served on balcony overlooking beautiful mountains, - Staff: very friendly and helpful - location: very good, walkable to central areas, on path to coffee farms - room: clean - View: window overlooking the mountains. Cons: - Room: cold at night, and no heating system. They ran out of blankets, too. - Bed: was uncomfortable, too soft and worn out. Overall a great stay, I recommend.
