Very decent mattress. We had a good nights sleep. It would be better if they provided cutlety, plates a microwave, a small couch which we found at the other motels we stayed in.

Is a good place to stay only let down was the sauna not operating and the pool table not in usable condition but was told they are working on fixing the issue. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Would recommend improving the breakfast bar options but otherwise a great place and would stay there again.

Staff were great. Had children rollaway beds for a 2 singles adults booking request. You sat on the bed and it did a rollaway. Safety issue for a 68yr old. Pillows Hard as rocks.

Great Room in Armidale
We loved the All Seasons Motel in Armidale and will be back. Our room was spacious, the bath tub fantastic and the on site manager and was very friendly. A bonus was a small continental breakfast offering.

Good parking space, the building was a bit old but they did a good job of refurbishing, room was clean and space, friendly staff, they do have a laundry wash machine just there’s no place to hang your washing
