We were given a room on the upper floor. Very spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Modern walk in shower bathroom. Seemed recently renovated. Very comfortable stay. Easy walk to the town centre.

Door to the room did not feel heavy and safe enough and didn't close easily without having to bang it shut. All white skirting boards had black marks on them that could easily be cleaned up with some Jif and elbow grease or repaint. Fresh milk upon arrival should be offered instead of UHT longlife milk. Hate that stuff. Attention to detail lacking in bathroom. Tissue box was virtually empty and there was some remnants of a mop left behind the bathroom door. Could do with a better shower head with more pressure. Parking arrangements are too tight. Concerned my car was going to get damaged. Spread out the spaces more and allocate spaces for each room would make it a bit better. Used the rear carpark and it was a tight left and right. Only one way so very difficult to know if anyone coming the other way. Needs a mirror to help with safety.

We loved our stay in this new section of the motel. Shower was great, bed was awesome and the room was so comfy!! Also loved the tips from the owner of where to eat for dinner and breakfast! Insider info makes all the difference! Thanks guys we will be back!

The room was large, clean and tidy and being situated at the rear of the premises was very quiet. The reception was helpful. I would have no hesitation staying at this motel again if requiring accommodation in Armidale. Highly recommended.

Our room was fantastic. Very clean and extremely stylish. Our delightful host had turned on the heating prior to our arrival which made our room cosy. Highly recommend staying here and is in a great location.
