There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. "Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people."

"Maison très fonctionnelle avec un joli jardin. Le confort était au rdv en tout point : ventilateur , matelas bébé, chaise bébé etc. Rue très passante mais l'annonce le stipulait bien . Clémence a été très accueillante."

Een huis met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer met open keuken en badkamer met bad waar je alleen in kunt zitten en een ruimte met een slaapkamer met 3 bedden en een badkamer. Helaas was ons huis bij aankomst (16.30) nog niet klaar en ook niet echt goed schoon. Het zwembad is een paar honderd meter lopen. Let op, voor bedlinnen en handdoeken moet je betalen. Dit staat niet goed op de site. "

Seul bémol, l'emplacement de la climatisation et l'avancée du toit qui se trouve dans la chambre créent un circuit qui fait que l'air chaud ne tourne que dans une partie de la chambre et pas sur le lit. Nicely located hotel in the centre of Beaune

"We stayed here for one night in January en route to tech French Alps for our skiing holiday. It is a nicely located hotel in the centre of Beaune making it a good base to explore the town. We were made very welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for the staff including parking our car for us in the pre booked car park and arranging a table in local restaurant for dinner. The room we had was a suite and was very pleasant and probably more than we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was a basic buffet but adequate. As there was a Saturday Market, we left a little late and the hotel were happy to accommodate us for this. We would recommend to others. "

"This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel. It’s very convenient in the centre of Beaune with secure parking. Our room was good, breakfast was good and a bonus was the large fluffy towels which is unusual in France! Would certainly recommend."
