"Der Aufenthalt von 2 übernachtungen war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Betten waren sehr weich. Das bad war groß und schön ausgestattet. Lediglich ein duschregal war nicht angebracht. Hat auf dem boden gelegen. Ich glaube es gab keine klimaanlage. Vor hitze gab es wenig abhilfe. "Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security."

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab, nur im Bad gab es einen kleinen Eimer. Leider ist das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt und entsprechend weit vom Bahnhof entfernt."

Comfortable & convenient for Phantasialand

"Lovely stay, very close and handy for Phantasialand. Only downside is, the double bed is two singles pushed together and not connected, therefore the beds do move apart. Oh and no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. The all you can eat buffet dinner was a bit disappointing, not that many options for the main. "

Long weekend in Aachen

"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

First time in cologne

"Our hotel room was a short walk from the check in desk/restaurant. The room was on the third floor and was spacious had private bath and shower. Check out was easy enough we were told to just leave the key in the room when we leave. The bus direct to phantasialand was a few minutes walk from the hotel and directly in front of the train station. "
