"The resort was average with some maintenance issues like our air conditioner was broken, they came and looked at it and agreed it was broken. Did not move us but did provide a fan the 2nd night upon request. What makes this place that we would highly recommend was the service. Outstanding. From the airport driver to the hotel staff, to the resturant, they were attentive, efficient and delightful to visit. Truly a great place. The food was excellent and abundant. Pool clean. Great place."

"A great stay. We loved our three nights at the hotel. The only negative was that the pool was not heated so it was impossible to get into. We wojld like to have been abme to swim on our summer holiday!"

"Beautiful, elegant hotel. Spa is amazing! Outdoor pool is great to relax by, my grandchildren loved swimming in the spa pool as well. Service and food were excellent, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The lake views from our room were gorgeous. Can’t say enough good things!"
