Located on the 1st floor of a detached house, 80m from the sea, the owners welcome you to this peaceful and relaxing place.
Separate entrance and secure parking.

The independent apartment from the rest of the property is composed as follows:

- a large fitted kitchen / living room: hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, dual-function oven, plancha.

- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a large storage cupboard with wardrobe.

- a bright bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub and storage cupboards as well as a towel dryer.

- a separate toilet

In front of the bay windows of the living room you will enjoy a pleasant 25m² terrace with a view of the garden and the Gulf of Morbihan (opposite the island of Arz). Facing south, and sheltered by vegetation, the latter is equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs and a large awning.

The spacious, pleasant and bright apartment will satisfy your desire for rest and calm.

Access to the sea is by footpath in less than 2 minutes.

The village and its many shops is accessible 800m.

If you like hiking, the apartment is located at the start of many coastal paths.

Le golfe en ebike

Le 2 pièces des époux LOUIS est parfait pour des vacances à deux. Bien équipé, belle terrasse avec vue sur le Golfe changeant! Parfait dépaysement. La superbe propriété située dans un parc est au calme et dans la nature. Les époux LOUIS, très avenants et toujours prêts à rendre service, un grand merci à eux pour leur amabilité. N‘oublions pas Choupi, l‘adorable petit chien du couple toujours prêt pour une caresse. Arradon est parfaitement situé au sud de Vannes pour découvrir la région en ebike, super! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Alles war wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2Pers, große Terrasse mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf und einen sehr gepflegten Garten der Vermieter, Parkplatz. Nettes Ortszentrum mit Bäcker, Metzger, Zeitung, Grundbedarf und Café/Bar in 10min über einen Fußweg links nach dem Gartentor erreichbar. Wanderungen direkt oder sonst mit dem Auto in allen Richtungen. Jederzeit würden wir wieder gerne hier Gäste sein.

Les pieds dans le golfe

Accueil sympathique. M et Mme Louis sont conviviaux et de bons conseils.Appartement très agréable et propre avec une magnifique vue sur le golfe et sur le jardin tout aussi Magnifique !! Les oiseaux chantent toute la journée. Des petits chemins de traverse mènent au bourg et d autres au bord du golf. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
