"My partner and I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this accommodation. A solid handful of the amenities listed in the description were nowhere to be found. The cleanliness was not up to par. The pool was unswimmable with its murky green waters. Their wifi only works within a close range of the front desk and all the rooms are quite far from it. "The place is very well kept. The room and its amenities are enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The resort all in all is amazing. Will recommend and will come back if I visit Puerto Prinsesa again. The staff however are top notch. Their kindness and hospitality is something you look for while on vacation. "The property was very unique and kichi. The theme was well covered but a little cluttered in our suite and it was hard to move around. Too many objects. The bathroom light switch fell apart and the shower had also fell off in our first night stay but the staff took care of it very quickly. Ok Google. We paid more than other people for the same excursions by 700 pesos and we are on the same bus. I believe it was incurred by the hotel but I could be wrong"

"This is a self contained resort which has absolutely everything you could need to stay there and not leave. They offer you shuttle transport to Puerto Princesa every day and provide tours to other parts of the island so you can enjoy a full experience of Palawan. The staff were exceptional catering to your every need. The spa is fantastic and a great place to unwind with a massage. I enjoyed palawan far more because of my stay at this hotel!"

"We got the double pool room and so glad we did! We loved having a private pool entrance and being on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. The resort itself is about 10 minutes drive from the main part of town but it was easy to grab a tuk tuk from the front gate any time we wanted to go in to town. Having the resort out of the town gave way for a super peaceful and quiet getaway and the whole place is so beautiful. Staff is polite and helpful and we will definitely be back! "
