Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"Excellent small hotel and restaurant/bar. Rooms are large and really well designed in a historic building. We had the room with a kitchen and it had really good cooking extract piped to the outside. This might sound trivial but you will never forget the night you cooked in the same room as you sleep when there is no extract. "

"Al ver las fotos esperábamos estar en una casa con una chimenea muy bonita, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la chimenea no se podía usar, que estaba anulada. Además de la foto, la casa sale cuando buscas casas en Frías con chimenea. Deberían corregir esto y eliminar la foto del dosier de la casa. Por lo demás, la casa muy bonita y bien equipada, y la zona tiene una muy merecida visita."

"Property was located in a beautiful town in the Rioja region. Modern, clean property with a great outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool & grass area out back. Checkin and communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient. Our only downside was the property states it has air conditioning which was a single standalone AC located on the bottom floor and did not cool the upstairs where all the bedrooms are located. It was very hot at night and no fans which made it uncomfortable in...

It was a great location for visiting the Rioja region with many places to visit nearby. The house was perfect for three families sharing with teenagers. There were two bars in the village."

Great stay, convenient location

"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."
