"Staff were great, property was beautiful, pet friendly, and we love the southwest design. My only feedback would be to update the TV and change out the bathroom vanities and some of the furniture. (it's not because they're old but they're falling apart they looked ragged). Otherwise, we loved it! "

"Very spacious two queen bed rooms on the ground level, with two entrances and patios; one leading to a grassy area behind the hotel and the other in front (semi-private, with nice painting on the adjacent walls. The nicely-landscaped grounds are very well kept, with several games available, There is a decent breakfast with 24 hour coffee in the lobby, cookies at the front desk, and chips and salsa available in the evenings. There is a small swimming pool. This is a comfortable, old-style motel, which I hope will stay as it is for many years to come! "

"We always stay here when we come to Taos Ski Valley (at least 5x). I thinks it’s owned by locals, I see the owner and her pup every time we are there. There is a lot of care in the details of this place. We live the alpine suites. Thanks!"

"Nicolas was the true hero of this stay. Fork the expertly cooked breakfast to his welcoming manner and recommendations, I could not speak more highly of him and the Palacio. It was a beautiful location, perfect room and so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so so much and will look forward to staying again. "
