"Lovely little break, and lots of space for the whole family. But the Vrbo listing is a 3rd party agent. We chose to book this property for all the amenities included only to find a week before that we'd be charged extra for bedding and towels, the property owner then saying she doesn't use Vbro and advertises through someone else and advertises for the extras on their site. Not a ruined holiday but added another level of worry when we only discovered this the day before getting on a ferry"

"Despite some unseasonal cold and wet weather and suffering from colds caught on the ferry from GB we really enjoyed our 2 weeks at L’Abeille Bleue. What made it so great was the warmth of our hosts Didier and Patricia, a most welcoming and generous couple. Didier was so concerned that we understood how the heating system worked (we really needed it!) that he came in twice to check that we understood it. "We recently visited the Loire Valley with our family of four adults. This loft was well equipped and modern. Washer/dryer and drying rack appreciated. There was some construction on the street in front of the building, but we were able to access the unit from the back lane. If you have mobility issues, the stairs would be a challenge but they were not a concern for us. Quick response from owner with any questions. Overall an excellent place and we would stay here again."
