"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

"Hotel was very clean, modern and great sized rooms. Great selection of hot and cold foods in breakfast buffet. Only downside was the pool which could only be used by families between 2 and 3.30pm which is no good if you are out skiing. Use of pool in early mornings and up to 6pm in afternoon/evening would be better for families with young children."

"Be Place is a gem of a hotel on the outskirts of Trento. We had a wonderful experience staying in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our room, which featured a picturesque view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating. And the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced, with a selection of incredible pastries and local foods, like cured meats, cheese, and fruit. I can’t wait to come back. "Hotel was good, and we would definitely consider staying here again. It is located only 400m from the ski slopes, the cold buffet breakfast is decent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean - including the bathroom in our room which looked brand new. The only criticism would be that the beds weren't terribly comfortable - mattresses were hard and each bed only had had one very small pillow . In addition, and not wishing to sound like a grumpy old man (we have 2 children ourselves!) the hotel was full...

"This was the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged extra for the swimming pool 15 euro per person is a bit extreme. Get rid of the two comforters on the beds. Go with one large one. Much more comfortable "

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!"

"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area. Swimming pool is lovely but not alll the water features worked. Overall a lovely hotel and really recommend "
