"This hotel is a wonderful experience of a bygone era. I loved the old world feel as I stepped through the wooden entrance. The wood panelling was marvellous, along with historical photos which dotted the walls. The rooms were large amd warm, beds super comfortable, and housekeeping regular. Cleanliness: it was clean and fresh, but as a fussy cleaner- there were finger marks on the inside window and dust behind the bathroom door. Front of house: this was my first time and staff did not sell it- I found out about the gym by wondering around, I wasn't told about breakfast, neither about the tours the hotel runs."

"One of the best places to stay with a dog. Staff are very dog friendly and the property is quite large to walk your dog around so it's very convenient. The rooms also have a good sized bath so it was excellent! "

"The Charm Boutique is so well situated and room 5 has a lovely sea view from the window seat. Central to the beach and town and a parking token for £15 can be purchased for parking anywhere in zone C. Room was cosy and incredibly clean smelling fresh with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was scrumptious with all choices and staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Big shout out to the exceptional warm greeting from Christine on Front of House who had exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, warm and professional welcome. She was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. "
