"The hotel lived up to its name; lovely recently refurbished room overlooking the sea. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had half board and the menu in the restaurant was excellent. Definitely one to return to. "

"Excellent idea to stay here for a night in Brighton. Right on the seaside in a convenient location. A 10 minute walk to the Royal Theatre and a 5 minute walk to The Lanes with all of its dining and drinking options. A lovely breakfast too. Parking is 29 pounds extra per day but is located right under the hotel. The staff were lovely too. My son and I enjoyed ourselves here."

"Big room, basic bus all you needed. Breakfast good, enough choice. Well sited near station and everywhere we needed to go walkable."

"This hotel is huge. The main foyer is brand new and gorgeous with bar, restaurant and swimming facilities. The rest of the hotel is a bit older. The room is an okay place to stay. The sheets are clean and the bathroom usable. But the floors did feel perpetually dirty underfoot. It's worth the money to stay and I enjoyed the experience. "

"This was one of the lower cost hotels in the area, but thought it would be OK for a one night business trip. However I was really pleasantly surprised, the hotels is spotlessly clean, refubished to a high standard, and breakfast was good too. I will definitely stay again."
