"This was an overnight stay during our vacation to Tohoku area. The ocean view room was larger than expected and it. Plus sleep 6 people very comfortable. The staff and the shamisen were the highlight of this ryokan, the food was also delicious. We want to come back again."

"歴史のある旅館で施設の古さはありますが清潔に保たれています。お料理も美味しく、従業員の方々の対応も気持ち良かったです。 ただ、温泉の備品、リンスインシャンプーが残念でした。"

"青森駅から少し離れている住宅街の中にありますが車での利用であれば全く問題ない立地です。青森駅前の繁華街からタクシーでも¥1,500~¥2,000くらいの所です。ベッドもセミダブルが２つと十分大きいので快適な睡眠が取れました。カトラリーや家電も一通り揃っていますので長期滞在者には助かる内容だと思います。 今回利用させて頂いたお部屋には本来備え付けのはずのタブレットが見当たりませんでした。管理者様との連絡方法もタブレットからのSkypeでしたので聞く事も出来ずにチェックアウト方法が分からないまま「恐らくこの方法でチェックアウトするんだろうな」という勘で「鍵」をお返しさせて頂きました。 あと冷蔵庫を含む家電がチェックイン時に全てOffになっているので、前の滞在者が氷を作られていたりしたら冷蔵庫内の製氷器の中や外が水浸しになっているかも知れませんので確認した方が良さそうです。今回チェックインした際に製氷器の氷が全部溶けて下にまで漏れていました。 ..."

"Nice property, the check in instructions were a bit vague, told us to check in using the iPad but didn't tell us where the iPad was.
