The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner. There were only 2 of us and the space was ample, would be okay for 4 but would be a tight squeeze for 6 We stayed for 12 nights and found Niedernsill ideally placed for all that the...

"I can recommend the place for larger groups. We were a family of 18 and had the whole floor just for us in separate rooms with balcony and bathroom but large kitchen and dinning room . The location is stunning, a lot to rxplore"

"I had a wonderful time at the property, it had everything we needed for the week and was very close to local shops, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the lift to get up the mountains. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of the mountain in the evening. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. "Spent 8 days in a small but well equipped and great location apartment in the Saalbach region. The apartment is close to the bike tracks, close to the town and easy parking. These was also good storage for bikes. No issues at all !!"

Good stay

"Great hotel for a stay in St Johann. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, the staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner was varied. I particularly wanted a room with a balcony and there was nothing else in St Johann to compare price wise. Great e bike hire virtually next door & about a 10 minute walk into town. Raining when I left taxi to station was 10 euros. Would stay again"

"Excellent breakfast. Hotel also provided very good information on what to do in the area including hiking trails. Lack of AC was tolerable even in warm weather. Only disappointment was absence of laundry facility for guests which was contrary to Expedia list of amenities for the property. Would definitely stay again in the future!"

"Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. Both breakfast and dinner were of a high quality and we really enjoyed them. We had the most amazing stay, thank you so much! "
