The staff were very accomodating and welcoming. The grounds were exceptional and the services were 5 stars. The food was of excellent quality as were the rooms, and the additional facilities such as the spa and the gym.

Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat was exceptional. The staff were consistently welcoming, accommodating, and helpful to all guests, which made a huge difference. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with the 24-hour pool and beachfront access being a particularly welcome addition to avoid the daytime heat. Breakfast options were fantastic, with really attentive staff. The location was ideal—close to the airport and easy to access. We were especially grateful for the room upgrade and early check-in. I liked it the staff were friendly specially at the reception including the house keeping staff. I did not lije the breakfast comparing to other hotel apartments there's a lot to improve according to thd price for breakfast.

"Overpriced for what they offer. The swimming pool area is not well equipped (just 1 beach chair!) and it was full of flies and mosquitoes, they need a disinfestation. The breakfast was super poor.
