The pool area has not been properly maintained it was empty with dirt, trash, and an amenity that is included with the stay was not impressive. The breakfast menu was very limted with pretty much only one selection and nothing else.

Loved the bed. Room was great too. One elevator is a problem. I was on the 5th floor and waiting during the morning was a pain. A couple of times I walked the stairs.

Leaky toilet, had to flush toilet sometimes 3x, which we did not report anything until we checked out. Floor didnt look like it had been cleaned. Had some stuff on it. Carpet in hallways need cleaning or replaced. Staff was wonderful

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were hauling a camper. Breakfast had lots of options. Only thing was the neighbors were load.

The entire staff was amazing. What possessed anybody to put us in Room 123, next to the ballrooms, is beyond me. On the Friday night, a family reunion. Alls good because we had no plans the next day so the music and loudness was ok. However, on Saturday night, a 6 piece band started at 5pm and we had a 6:00 am flight on Sunday morning. We called front desk and asked them to close their door, which was right across ours, and they didn’t. My husband went to the front desk and had us moved at 8:30 when we couldn’t sleep or handle the noise right outside our door!
