Great Location!
Very large, clean condo in Biltmore Village! We walked to area restaurants. The condo was very roomy and perfect for a family or two couples. It was just down the road from Biltmore Estate. Plenty of parking, quiet, and relaxing. Would love to return.

Best Getaway!
Everything about this place was top notch! The location to all Asheville attractions was fantastic, the parking and size of the condo and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants - impressive!! The fact that both beds are King size and the working fireplace were the cherries on top! We were so impressed and so happy with your choice! This will be our “go to” condo from now on!

Great location in Biltmore Village! Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Very roomy & clean condo. Nice patio area and balcony. Only drawback was windows were painted shut. Would have loved to let in that fresh mountain air!

Beautiful weekend
Lovely weekend getaway spot. Beautiful condo and close to Biltmore. NOT on Biltmore estate property (we thought it was Biltmore village on the estate, but that was on me- not the listing). Thermostat wouldn’t cool, but thankfully it was cool at night and comfortable inside. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo near biltmore!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like all the Towns Proerties we have stayed in, 8 Village Lane #201 was nicely renovated, clean and very comfortable in a great location. Would stay there again for sure.

The place is very spacious and clean. Just needs a little TLC. Some shoe molding has come loose, second bathroom has no counter space, just a pedestal sink. Main bedroom stayed colder than rest of place. Overall it’s a nice place.

Everything was 5 star except the tvs. There were 3 nice modern tvs in the unit - 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. There were no directions or information on how to use the tvs or what apps/streaming was available. No matter what we tried to watch, the channel required a password or signing in.

Snowy Surprise
This boujee little condo was perfect for a long girls trip weekend. There were flurries for the first 12 hours of our visit, but when they stopped we were able to wander through Biltmore Village where there are breweries bars and shops all within walking distance. Downtown Asheville is just a short Uber ride away. We liked the safety of the village and the fireplace was perfect while enjoying coffee or wine. The only downside is that the master bedroom and bathroom stays really cold. Otherwise perfect!

Biltmore visit
overall quite positive.... unit needs some minor maintenance work.... plumbing fixtures broken at double sink location, kitchen chair was broken. 2 valances had fallen at blinds. center bathroom latchset came off. toilet barely flushed in front bath.... None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant. Everything was clean. Extra towels would have been a nice touch. We had a delightful visit

My family and I loved this condo. The location was secluded but within walking distance to restaurants and activities in Biltmore Village.The rooms were spacious and well lit. Furnishings were designed for comfort. Many supplies were thoughtfully included. The entire unit was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville!
