The cottage is a separate living area but connected to the owners' house by a common roof.

This property is lovely. So peaceful and clean. Everything was just right: the kitchen, the bathroom, the bed, an extra room for suitcases and laundry. Plus little extras that make a place homey. And, convenient to area attractions or just doing nothing.

This is a great property in a great area. A lot of nice touches with attention to detail like beer glasses in the freezer, a bottle of wine, sodas and waters in the fridge, and snacks. We would definitely stay there again.

Delightful cabin and exactly as described. Very comfortable accommodations - everything I needed! Snacks and kitchen surcies were provided - a nice touch! Cabin is easily accessible and in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, parks/hiking. Very safe location, which was important to me as I was traveling alone. I would definitely return to 3 Cub Cottage!

We went to Flat Rock to see "West Side Story " at the playhouse there and rented the 3 Bears for two nights The proximity of it to the playhouse was a plus The bed was very comfortable We really enjoyed the covered back patio. The entire cottage was exceptional and we plan to stay there when we go back to the theater.
