Utopian House is centrally located and designed to optimise our guest experience. This lovely home away from home features five bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, open kitchen dining, one massive chill out/reception room in basement with 2 sofa bed. It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated ideal for family get together, contractors and business travellers. The accommodation is cleaned thoroughly to meet current COVID-19 cleaning protocols and to keep our customers safe.

Good value, clean, warm, good use of space with 5 bedrooms, 3 en suite plus another bathroom downstairs. Good location for takeaways. Very uncomfortable settee, needs replacing. Downstairs bathroom needs hand towel. Room for two cars at back of house. Needs more detailed instructions to find parking area. Very good cinema/restaurants about half a mile away. In walking distance of restaurants and takeaways. Overall, good value no frills place, warm well presented.
