Very convenient to all the DDay Beaches close to Arromanches. A nice little house with with everything you need for a holiday except bath towels, washcloths and bath soap. There is parking onsite for your car and there is also a washing machine and clothesline for drying. The communication with the property owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this property if you are traveling to the beaches at Normandy.

Nice house convenient to Gold Beach.
Very nice house situated just a couple block from Gold Beach, an easy walk. Everything was as in the listing and we needed nothing additional. Although there were just two us of, this house is definitely set up with families in mind. Communication with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly, they recommended a couple for fantastic restaurants nearby for us. Great place! Here's a tip...make sure and make dinner reservations as most restaurants require them.

Urlaub am Atlantik
Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber, in der Spülmaschine waren noch die Essensreste vom Vorgänger, die Kaffeemaschine total verkalkt und die Sauberkeit des Hauses war auch nicht ok. Die Lage ist bis auf das Campingplatzfeeling ums Haus super, der Strand ist wirklich um die Ecke und alles was man braucht gibt es vor Ort. Bei schlechtem Wetter im Haus zu bleiben ist nur möglich wenn man genug Spiele und Bücher dabei hat, denn TV ist nur auf französisch und das Internet nur zeitweise verfügbar. Wer sich viel in der Normandie anschauen möchte ist hier richtig. Bayeux ist nicht weit und es gibt genug zu sehen um zwei Wochen gut zu füllen. Fahrräder kann man zu Hause lassen, da es kaum Radwege gibt.

Agréable séjour pas de pluie (ou presque quelques averses pas du tout gênantes) Gîte très agréable où rien ne manque et superbement situé à 4kms d'Arromanches. Balade le soir sur les sentiers qui longe la mer .. magnifique .. des couchers de soleil spendides !! Nous avons fait les musées du débarquement, cimetières américain, allemand, canadien.. Avons visité St Mère l'Eglise, le Mont St Michel, Deauville, Etretat, .. Nous repartons enchantés, des souvenirs plein la tête.. avec la promesse de revenir ! Vive la Normandie !

avec un peu d'entretien, le logement répondait à nos attentes
Idéalement placée mais le logement devient vétuste par manque d'entretien : Fermeture portail et portillon avec des cailloux et élastique; batterie de cuisine très usager et certains éléments impropres à l'utilisation, portes de douches ne coulissent plus car le système de glissière est cassé, porte vitrée du vaisselier cassée. Malgré tout, le ménage est réalisé. De plus, le propriétaire ne laisse aucune coordonnée téléphonique pour le joindre en cas de besoin. Même si nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette région chargée d'histoire, il est regrettable de constater du manque d'intérêt du propriétaire pour sa location. Ca pourrait être tellement mieux !!

Mon séjour dans ce ravissant chalet rouge au bord de la mer a été une véritable bouffée d'air frais. Niché dans un coin paisible, ce chalet offre un équilibre parfait entre confort moderne et charme rustique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante qui règne à l'intérieur. Avec son intérieur impeccablement propre et ses équipements complets, ce chalet nous a offert tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L'emplacement, quant à lui, est idéal pouraller sur la plage. À quelques pas de la mer, nouq avons pu profiter de promenades revigorantes le long de la plage et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le calme et la sérénité de cet endroit ont véritablement contribué à faire de notre séjour une expérience mémorable. En résumé, si vous recherchez une escapade paisible au bord de la mer, ce charmant chalet rouge est l'endroit parfait. Hübsches Strandhaus an toller Lage. Nur einige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Gesamtaustattung ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, einiges müsste ersetzt werden (Matratzen, Besteck, Türklinken, Backofen). Während unserem Aufenthalt ist die Waschmaschine ausgestiegen, diese wurde umgehend vom Vermieter ersetzt. Der Kontakt mit Romain verlief reibungslos. Alles in Allem haben wir den Aufenthalt mit unseren Hunden sehr genossen.

Excellent chalet pour profiter de la plage en famille
Ce chalet est parfaitement situé, à quelques mètres de la plage. Le centre-ville d'Asnelles se trouve à environ 800 mètres et le supermarché à environ 900 mètres. Ces lieux sont facilement accessibles à vélo ou à pied. De plus, Arromanches se trouve à 4 km et Creully à 8 km. Ces destinations touristiques sont accessibles à vélo ! Ce chalet est parfait pour des vacances en famille. Il est très bien équipé et il dispose d’une terrasse et d’un vaste jardin. Notre fille de 2 ans a beaucoup apprécié ! C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir le littoral du Calvados à vélo… Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner bientôt !

Charmantes Haus in Strandnähe
Das Haus liegt fussläufig zum Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind überwiegend andere Ferienhäuser und Wohnwägen. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, Handtücher muss man leider selber mitbringen. Das Haus ist durchaus charmant eingerichtet, einige Küchengeräte könnten aber mal erneuert werden - beim Kühlschrank fehlten die Fächer in der Türe und der Herd funktionierte zwar, aber nicht optimal. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Erholsamer Urlaub am Strand der Normandie
Toll ausgestattetes Haus, fussläufig zum Strand, mit großem komplett eingezäuntem Garten (das freut besonders die Eltern kleiner Kinder und Hunde aller Größen). 6 Betten in 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Matrazen sind etwas durchgelegen, der Rest ist ok. Küche super ausgestattet, gemütliche Einrichtung im ganzen Haus. Badezimmer ist klein, aber funktioniert gut. Asnelles ist klein, hat aber einen Supermarkt, Café und das „Sable des Asnelles “ ( Keksherstellung und andere leckere Kleinigkeiten). Und einen tollen Strand! Insgesamt kann ich das Haus klar empfehlen.
